Not the best, not the worst

Mulberry Point is relatively quiet and well maintained. The laundry can be a bit frustrating, as prices have gone up and they don’t always work. Our downstairs neighbors have a dog that barks often and this same untrained dog, has gone after my dog twice with her chompers open and angry - which has unfortunately caused my dog to become more nervous and reactive around others. We don’t know if we will be signing again.

I wish I would've moved here sooner! The apartment is huge, it has a pool, a playground and a dog park. I absolutely love it here!
